Annalise Martucci (formerly Scobey) is a Northwest native, born and raised in Ferndale, Washington. She attended Ferndale High School and the University of Washington, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Always feeling called toward law and public policy, she enrolled in New England Law | Boston. A legal education on the East Coast expanded Annalise's horizons and enriched her perspective on practicing law. While in law school, she had the opportunity to work in various legal settings – assisting in criminal prosecution at the Washington Attorney General’s Office, helping domestic violence victims with family law issues, defending consumers being wrongly attacked by creditors, and even working on complex civil litigation matters. All of these experiences led to a single conclusion: she loved working closely with a variety of people and wanted to use her law degree to help people in a practical, meaningful way. Annalise gradated magna cum laude, earning a special distinction for her volunteer work.
Following law school, Annalise returned to the Northwest and began working as a legal advocate for domestic violence victims. In that role, she was able to use her skills and knowledge to help many people navigate the legal system, but Annalise was ready to do more. Opening Martucci Law PLLC has afforded her the opportunity to do exactly that, offering an array of legal services to wide variety of people in need.
Through providing sound legal advice, zealous advocacy, and personalized customer services, Annalise has been able to effectively serve her clients, creating lasting relationships founded in trust and reliability.
Annalise is licensed to practice law in Washington State, and is a member of the Skagit County and Whatcom County Bar Associations.
